- Smoke & CO detector tests
- Thermostat and water heater visual checks
- Fireplace check, where your property has one
- Faucets & drains (run water)
- Hardware checks on doors, cabinets and windows
- Outdoor upkeep where it applies: spider webs on the deck and exterior, blow-offs and gutters
- A visual check of the hot tub and pool, if you have them. Hot tub and pool service can be added to your plan.

We follow the same walk at every visit, so nothing gets skipped.

Each task is marked Done or N/A. Key tasks, like the water heater, smoke & CO and HVAC filter, are photographed.

If something doesn't look right, we note it for your report as Monitoring or Action Needed.
